Australian Golden Taipei Trading was established in 1992, with the aim of providing high quality, fresh, affordable and specialty products.  

A family-run business, our expertise in importing and exporting, as well as our expansive network – both domestically and internationally – allow us to source the very best of Asian and Australian offerings.

In 1994, we expanded our business to open Golden Taipei Asian Food Supply Centre. We are one of the pioneers of introducing Taiwanese products and placing Taiwanese food/cuisine on the culinary map in Melbourne and across Australia, being also featured in The Age (1996). Australian Golden Taipei also introduced Australian salmon to the Taiwan market as early as 1992. 

In 2023, to further facilitate our business strategy, we relocated to a new warehouse, expanded our supply chain and provided related services for local catering operators.

Our vast customer base includes acclaimed restaurateurs, hospitality / catering businesses, not-for-profit organisations and home cooks / families.
